We’re hiring a Director, Government Engagement & Manufacturing to join our Nairobi office and lead Gatsby Africa’s work with governments to drive economic transformation and industrial growth across East Africa.
In this influential leadership role, you’ll work closely with senior policymakers, development partners and private sector leaders to shape industrial policy, strengthen government capability, and accelerate the growth of high-potential manufacturing sectors. As a member of our Senior Management Team, you’ll combine strategic leadership with programme delivery to help build more inclusive, competitive economies across the region.
