We’re hiring a Deputy Director, IT & Digital Transformation to join our Leadership Group and provide strategic leadership for Gatsby Africa’s technology function.
Based in Nairobi, this senior role will shape and deliver our IT strategy, ensuring that technology, cybersecurity and digital systems effectively support our mission across East Africa. You’ll lead the organisation’s digital transformation agenda, champion the responsible adoption of AI and automation, and oversee IT governance, risk management, infrastructure and service delivery.
Working closely with colleagues across Gatsby Africa and the wider SFCT group, you’ll help drive innovation, operational excellence and organisational resilience.
