Gatsby Africa is seeking qualified and experienced service providers to deploy a cloud-based call centre platform under a consultancy agreement.

The selected firm will deliver a scalable, secure, and reliable cloud call centre solution supporting inbound and outbound voice calls, interactive voice response (IVR), and SMS messaging — ensuring efficient communication and enhanced client engagement across our operations.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Deployment and configuration of a cloud PBX system with global reach.
  • Implementation of IVR menus, call routing, and queue management.
  • Integration of one-way and two-way SMS messaging, including bulk campaigns.
  • Provision of real-time dashboards, performance reporting, and analytics.
  • Adherence to robust security, data protection, and telecom compliance standards.
  • This engagement aims to enhance Gatsby Africa’s communication systems by ensuring high availability, reliability, and user satisfaction through modern cloud-based telephony solutions.
