RFP: Consultancy Services for Uganda Value Chain Study

Gatsby Africa is seeking an experienced consultancy services to undertake a rigorous value chain study of Uganda’s commercial forestry sector. This work will generate critical evidence on how value is created and distributed—from smallholder growers to processors—at a time of rapid market change. The study will inform strategic decision-making and contribute to a more inclusive, competitive, and resilient forestry sector in Uganda.
