We’re hiring an Operations Manager to join our Tanzania branch (Dar es Salaam) and play a key role in ensuring our work is delivered safely, compliantly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide operational leadership across administration, logistics, office management, procurement, safety and security, compliance, and people operations—working closely with programme teams and leadership to strengthen planning, risk management and continuous improvement.
